Seven Seas Intercontinental Services is an international recruitment/staffing ISO 9001:2015 certified company establishment in 2010, having a physical office in Kathmandu, Nepal. It has been immensely successful in creating an international network of the highly adept intelligent workforce that can help a company achieve their mission in critical projects and goals. Keeping pace with projects and being on the search for the extremely talented individuals have become ever more challenging. 

The company is managed by the team of expert management professionals having national and international experience in the field of their expertise who have created an excellent portfolio of a different but integrated group of companies under DA Investment Group to produce synergy in need with strategic alliance. The investment company holds DD Security Services which supply & train national and international standard trainings complying with the Security Institute (UK), BSIA (UK), PSI (Singapore), SIRA and PSCODE (UAE) course standards. Nepal Trade Test and Training Centre is another holding of DA Investment Group for providing technical/vocational training in different sectors.

All of our resources are multifaceted and come with years of commended performance. Project completion rate of our consultants is more than 98%. We appreciate the experience that our candidates bring from various industries and we like to leverage it for the mutual benefit of both clients and candidates. We specialize in security, nurse, hospitality, construction, engineering, retail and facility management hiring.

We started our journey in 2010 with the approach of new method and technology adaptation with professional management. With own building and infrastructure, we have 6 interview rooms with the capacity to handle 5000 candidates at a time. We can accommodate 1000 people in our exam hall and test lab capacity for 500. We have over 35,000 active CVs in our databank with adequate human resource and local support.

We (The Group) have an international standard Training Centre for the candidates and we supply to our clients without any compromise in quality and professionalism. We have adequate experience in recruitment accomplished through the team of professionals to provide quality people to companies who will prove their worthiness to be an asset to which will ultimately ensure the benefits of all concerned i.e. Employers, Candidates and Ourselves.
